Seeing some improvements

Congratulations! Now you just need to persist with what is working. Don’t be disheartened if things seem to go backwards again. Often it is like a dance, 2 steps forward, 1 back. Try not to measure night by night but compare this week to last week to the week before. If you are already starting to see some improvements, chances are you will find things are improving week by week, even if there are hiccups along the way.
